Erigo previously outsourced CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) processes to several factories for cutting and sewing operations. During this period, excessive fabric usage requests frequently occurred, while some of Erigoβs signature fabrics were found circulating in the market under different brands.
Solution
Erigo implemented Nestpro to gain better control over fabric consumption in its CMT production processes, allowing the company to accurately determine the required fabric length to be supplied to partner factories for production.
