About Cutting 4.0

Cutting 4.0 is the latest software released by Pukka Indonusa in early 2023. This software is a technological innovation that assists in the integration between CAD Room and Cutting Room, so that data travel processes can take place more quickly, efficiently, paperless, and with minimal errors.

The main role of Cutting 4.0 is to distribute tasks from CAD Room to Cutting Room operators and then get updates in real time. In providing various functions, Cutting 4.0 is divided into 5 modules that can be customized based on each department’s needs. These modules are Workstation, Terminal, Cutplan, Postprint, and Dashboard. These five modules represent many features available in Cutting 4.0, which include fabric costing, production efficiency levels, distributing assignments, cutting, bundling, calculating cut plans, labeling pieces of fabric, and generating ERP reports.
