Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Greet customers and create rapport
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Finding, nurturing & developing leads and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales quotas & leads
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time and work with the sales teams in support of team goals.
